Delivery and return

ORDER
To order from our online store, you must first select the desired item, then click the "Add to cart" button. View the contents of the basket, which is located in the upper right corner of the site and click "Order". After doing so, you must press the two consecutive buttons "Next", select the method of payment - cash on delivery, and finally press the button "Confirm the order". You will receive a confirmation of your order on the e-mail specified in your account. We will inform you about her status on the specified e-mail. Once you have placed your order, if necessary, we will contact you to clarify the availability of the goods and delivery details. Each customer can refuse an order without mentioning the reasons for this. Order cancellation can be made by e-mail office@starsmile-bg.com. In order for the refusal to be valid, the customer must provide in the e-mail the names with which the order was registered, his e-mail, telephone number, which he indicated in the order, the order number, its content and value. Orders received without correct data of the buyer or missing ones are canceled if we do not receive the correct data within 48 hours after receiving the order. Such orders receive the status "REJECTED" due to the impossibility to be executed.
PAYMENT
Payment for an order can be made according to the method chosen by you during the order:
cash on delivery upon receipt of the shipment
DELIVERY
Delivery on order from our online store is made throughout the country through Speedy Courier AD to their office or address specified by you. The address for receiving the goods / services should not be "On request" or "Mailbox"! Once we have accepted your order and specified the details about it, we will send you the desired items immediately, if we have them in stock. Delivery is paid by the customer at the current rates of Speedy Courier. Orders received without correct data for delivery to the buyer or missing ones are canceled if we do not receive the correct data within 48 hours after receipt of the order. Such orders receive the status "REJECTED" due to the impossibility to be executed.
Orders placed and confirmed on a business day by 14:30 are shipped the same day if the items you ordered are available. Orders placed on Saturdays, Sundays and public holidays are delivered on the second working day thereafter. Confirmation is done by receiving an e-mail. If an item is not currently available, we will notify you by phone or email. If necessary, we will contact you by phone to clarify the details of your order!
Delivery time is up to 2 working days. (Exceptions are cases of delay on the part of the courier company and small settlements, which are served according to the courier's schedule.) We are not responsible for delays in deliveries due to the courier's fault!

Orders placed on Friday are delivered on Saturday / for larger settlements / and Monday / for smaller settlements /, with the exception of those addressed to the office of Speedy Courier AD - on the next working day.

RETURN
You can return an ordered product at the time of receipt, without having to state a reason. In this case you pay only for the delivery and return of the product at the current rates of Speedy Courier AD.
You can return a product purchased from us by the 2nd working day from the conclusion of the contract of sale or by the 2nd working day from the receipt of the goods / services, without paying any compensations and / or penalties. In this case you pay only for the delivery and return of the product at the current rates of Speedy Courier AD. The value of the returned product is restored at your choice on your account or by postal money order to Speedy Courier AD within 3 working days of receiving the goods / services back. The product must not be used, it must be in the original packaging and with original labels. There must be no signs of use or damage (breakage, missing components, etc.) If the above conditions are not met, we may refuse to accept the returned product and refund the amount.
REPLACEMENT
You can exchange a product purchased by you for the same product, do so by the 2nd working day from the conclusion of the contract of sale or by the 2nd working day from the receipt of the goods / services, without paying any compensation and / or penalties. In this case you pay only for the delivery and return of the product and the sending of the new product at the current tariffs of Speedy AD. If the value of the returned product is higher than the value of the subsequently taken, the difference is refunded at your choice to your account or by postal money order to Speedy AD within 3) working day of receipt of the goods / services back. If the price of the newly selected product is higher, the difference is that you can pay extra by cash on delivery upon receipt. The product you are replacing must not be used, it must be in the original packaging and with original labels. There must be no traces of use or damage (breakage, missing components, etc.) If the above conditions are not met, we may refuse to accept the returned product or replace it with another.
